Welcome to Card Show Finder (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Card Show Finder mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

 

 

 

 

Eligibility and Account

 

 

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

 

 

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

 

 

Subscriptions and Billing (Auto‑Renewable)

 

 

Certain features are available via auto‑renewable subscriptions (e.g., MVP Dealer, Show Organizer). Subscription terms, including price and duration (monthly or annual), are displayed in-app prior to purchase.

 

 

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

 

 

You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

 

 

Prices may change at any time; if they do, we will provide notice in accordance with applicable law and your subscription will renew at the new price unless you cancel.

 

 

In‑App Purchases

 

 

Purchases made through the Apple App Store are processed by Apple. We do not collect or store your full payment details. Refunds are handled per Apple’s policies.

 

 

Acceptable Use

 

 

You may not use the Service to post or transmit unlawful, harmful, infringing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable content; to harass or harm others; to scrape, copy, or misuse data; or to interfere with the Service’s operation.

 

 

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

 

 

Content and Intellectual Property

 

 

The Service, including content, logos, and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non‑transferable license to use the Service for its intended purposes.

 

 

User content you submit remains yours, but you grant us a non‑exclusive, worldwide license to host and display it for operating and improving the Service.

 

 

Location Data and Privacy

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

 

 

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties of accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

 

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenues arising from your use of the Service.

 

 

Indemnification

 

 

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

 

 

Termination

 

 

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including violations of these Terms. Upon termination, the license granted to you ends immediately.

 

 

Changes to the Terms

 

 

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will reflect the latest changes. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

 

 

Governing Law

 

 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana and the United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Venue for disputes will be in the courts located in Noblesville, IN.
